Twin Palms Estates, a highly sought-after neighborhood, graces the southern landscape of Palm Springs. It holds the distinction of being the inaugural Palm Springs neighborhood where Alexander homes were constructed between 1956 and 1957. The Twin Palm Designation was marked by the planting of two palm trees in front of each home within the development. Situated immediately south of the Ocotillo Lodge, the first Alexander construction project in Palm Springs, this mid-century enclave served as a welcoming space for prospective buyers of Alexander homes.
