Born and raised in New York, Eric fell in love with Palm Springs the first moment he stepped out of the car almost 20 years ago after his move to Southern California.

The desert oasis became more than a destination—it became his home in 2020. Since then, Eric’s passion for the unique real estate landscape of the Coachella Valley has flourished, inspiring him to help others find their own slice of paradise in the desert.
